Location
Our venue, Knockerdown Cottages, is located in the heart of the Peak District next to Carsington Water.
It is about an hour and a half drive from Stockport and about an hour and three quarters from Warrington. We have done it in just under an hour and a half from Stockport on a clear run, but during peak times in heavy traffic it has taken us up to two and a half hours. Fingers crossed for a clear run on the Friday!
If you type the postcode into a Sat Nav it can take you on a magical mystery tour through the Derbyshire countryside, so we've found the easiest way to get there is, basically, to go to Ashbourne and turn left.
We'll post a route on here nearer the time and we'll try to sign post the way on the weekend too, but until then, here's a map to help you out...
